The July - Boat & Co is a 4-star hotel located along the waterfront in Amsterdam's Houthaven district, ideal for both short and extended stays. The location is very good , just 4 bus stop to the central station . 3-5 minute walking to bus stop. The room is spacious, clean , has everything you need for the trip. Staff is helpful. Spa and gym is a bonus. There is laundry and iron on the first floor. We like the July and will definitely come back.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Café Jakarta or get a drink at sky bar Malabar on the 8th and 9th floor. A beakfast buffet is served each morning at the property and is included in the rates. Relax in the wellness and swimming pool with views off the river IJ. Very nice Hotel, not so far from the city center. Very nice balcony and view of the canals. Super friendly staff and very cooperative, I’ve been in Amsterdam several times and this is definitely my favourite so far!

Each has an en suite bathroom and coffee/tea making facilities for extra comfort. The room was extremely clean, the breakfast offering was excellent, the staff was very friendly.
