All the staff were outstanding in helping with our trip to this marvelous location in such a serene area of Portugal. My only regret is we did not arrange to stay in the hotel longer. Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

Some rooms have a balcony. Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

Guests have access to the Fun Zone which features tablets with games and PlayStation. In addition there a gym open 24 hours and the Spa offers a sauna, a hammam, a chromo-therapy shower and various massages and treatments. Very nice hotel. Nice view over the city. Good price. Superb breakfast. We always come back to this hotel when we travel to Algarve. Perfect stop after a long days travel through France and Spain
