At the hotel, every room includes a wardrobe. The rooms are equipped with a desk and a flat-screen TV, and some units at COLT DE RAI-Deluxe & Spa have a balcony. Location was a bit weird to find using google maps, so more detailed information on how to get there would have been useful, but otherwise the room was great, very comfy bed, and very quiet. Bathroom was also nice and clean and it was really nice with the AC in such hot summer days. Staff was also super nice and helpful, letting me check out a bit later than initially stated.

Another big plus was that it was not crowded, so the SPA area felt private and we really got to relax more.

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The guest house provides a pool with a view with a pool bar, as well as a sauna and a 24-hour front desk. I highly reccomend this complex, because meeting the boss, and talking to him, is like meeting an angel! He exceeded our expectations in any way! Very good breakafast, hot pool, clean room, very pleasent atmosphere!

The 2 on-site restaurants serve both traditional Romanian and European cuisine. The spa was amazing .... And complex ... Breakfast was in abundance .... And the staff was always on the lookout to help

Bacolux Diana, Herculane ’s spacious rooms have modern furnishings and are decorated in shades of red, cream and brown. All have a private bathroom, seating area and TV. Several have a separate bedroom and living room. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bacolux Diana, but what really made the difference was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. ➡️ At the restaurant, Geta and Roxana offered impeccable service – attentive, fast, always smiling and very caring. They made us feel like special guests! ➡️ At the reception, Albert and Cosmin were extremely kind and well prepared. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, everything clearly explained, always available to help us with anything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the spa area very pleasant, but the staff is the soul of the place. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely come back!

Location was amazing,the view is beautiful and very relaxing,clean and also very friendly and great customer service. The guest house features a children's playground and a picnic area. Great location with a wonderful Mountain view. We enjoyed the pool and the facility, with a friendly staff.
