Beautiful location and top notch hotel. We happened to stay at a busy conference time but even with that, the service was perfection. The staff are super friendly and warm. The housekeeping team are exceptional, I really appreciated the pillow concierge as well. Honestly, I felt like we were royalty. We have 2 young children and they would run through making noise, I mean toddlers being toddlers. The staff were super friendly and always smiling at us. My daughter turned 5 on this trip and the exceptional housekeeping lady left us with a handwritten note wishing my daughter a happy birthday, and a fairmont little cuddly toy, Thank you Shwe Sin for making our stay that much more special. Thank you for your hard work and passion and the smiles you brought to every interaction with our children. Thank you!!

The room was reasonably sized and well set up.Staff were most helpful, and the buffet breakfast was good value for the variety of food. Conveniently located and connected to shopping centers, MRT subway short walk and harbour side was very close also.
