The hotel staff deserves special praise—they were always smiling, incredibly helpful, and genuinely engaged in making our stay perfect. Our spacious and spotless room, along with excellent room service, made our stay even more comfortable. Beyond the hotel, it served as an ideal base for exploring the beautiful region of Chiang Rai. A few steps down to a huge pool set in private gardens. So incredibly quiet and peaceful. Our room and bathroom was really spacious. Loved sitting out on the balcony above the pool on dusk. Stunning. Staff were the sweetest. Also was 650 m from a Thai hot mineral springs place. Absolutely have to return to this place.

Very lovely tents, great meals, fantastic service and nature all around. They take great care of the elephants as well.

We also enjoyed the dinners at a pond or on a portico. The hotel organised great trips for us with a driver. The coffee plantations and coffee villages. The spa massages were very healing…. End everybody is soooo kind and smiling. We loved the place
