The room was spacious, elegantly designed and had a wonderful view out to sea (we were in a Grand Deluxe close to reception, so the relative height at the top of a hill offered a great vantage point). Breakfast was outstanding with tonnes of vegetarian (and gluten-free) options, which was wonderful as so many Thai breakfasts tend to be so meat-heavy - this was a welcome break. The staff were courteous and friendly without exception, and the a/c in the room managed to keep the room cool despite the humidity outside. Visiting in low season was superb value, and honestly with just a few minutes of rain on one of our three day stay, a June visit is really a no-brainer, especially as nearby Khaolak is so quiet and crowd-free during this time. Walking around the resort is a pleasure - if you're lazy and don't consider walking in lush vegetation to be enjoyable, then go stay somewhere flat.

Everything was amazing, from the amenities to the activities and the food options at breakfast. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was beautiful with the most comfortable bed Restaurants were also great specially olives and The deli Great for families because of all the really thoughtful activities for both kids and adults

Excellent location, exclusive to a quiet beach, the beach is clean and delicate, and you can pick up shells when you walk in the morning.

You can play billiards at this 5-star hotel. In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

Love the room we stayed (Seaview Double Pool Villa) with the access of villa pool. Just spent whole day by the pool and the beach.. such a relaxation. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! Lots of choices and they were all yummy. Will definitely come back!!

Guests can make use of the business centre or relax in the bar. We are a young family of 4, there was plenty for our young kids to do, splash park was fabulous and the food at the pool bar (Mi Scusi) is decent. It was also nice to spend days at the other pool or beach. The gym is well equipped. The kids club offers many activities as well as playing with the toys, soft play and the arcades upstairs. You can sign your kids in and leave your mobile and if your child needs you they will whats app or call you. One of us stayed nearby most of the time. The service and standards at Avani + are outstanding, the staff and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding and beds are very comfortable, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell divine AND are good quality, especially after a day at the beach and pool, they wash and condition the hair very well. There is some great variety with the restaurants - elements, mi scusi, the beach house and also the burger van. The kids menu is great for those kids who like something a little more simple. The staff at reception are very helpful if you wish to go on excursions through them or just hire a driver on your own. Very impressed with our stay, would come again.

We enjoyed every moment we spent there. The rooms are beautiful, huge and very clean, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and quiet.
