Rooms are big and have unique style. Bathroom is big. Everything is very clean and beds are soo comfortable. The staff is more than kind. They help you with everything. The location is perfect - close to everything (store, food, cafes, view...). We didn't have problems with parking infront of the hotel. We reccommend 100% and will come back!

Very polite staff, all of them! You feel like you are not just a client in this hotel, but a welcome guest! They will help you organize your vacation: a hot air balloon flight, excursions (both group and private), quad bike rides, and they will also pick you up / take you from the airport. There are also wonderful breakfasts, very varied. Live music in the evenings, very high-quality cocktails, delicious hookah. The hotel is located on the top, from where a beautiful view of the balloons opens, a 5-minute walk from the observation deck. I will note about the rooms - very clean, spacious, there are all the bathroom accessories, a bathrobe, slippers. Also in the refrigerator there is a free bottle of wine, drinks, water. In the room there is a coffee machine with capsules. I do not know what can be done even better than this hotel was able to do for its clients. Artemis is the best hotel !!! And the restaurant, by the way, too!

It has a great view of the city in the night and also of the balloons when they fly in the morning. The staff is awesome and helped us book tours, get around the city, light fireplaces and so on.
