I booked this stay for my aunt and her family, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The hotel staff were incredibly prompt and professional in responding to all my email queries. I especially appreciated their commitment to payment security, as they never asked for personal information online—a welcome contrast to some other hotels I've encountered in Sapa, Vietnam. Upon arrival, my aunt and her family were exceptionally well-cared for. The level of service and hospitality, from the comfortable rooms to the delicious food and the friendly staff, was truly beyond our expectations. I'm already planning my own trip to Vietnam, and I will definitely be staying here. I had an amazing stay at Le Premiere Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The ambiance and décor throughout the hotel were elegant and thoughtfully designed, and the cleanliness was truly exceptional. I also visited the spa and had a wonderful massage, it was relaxing, well-executed, and added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Overall, Le Premiere exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would happily stay there again.

Everything! I never take the time to come rate hotels here, but this time i needed. They were perfect from the very beginning until the last minute. So kind all the people working in there. Excellent location and exceptional helpful staff from front desk to cleaner, kitchen. Hotel is located in the central but quiet street, so great to sleep. Staff at all departments were pleasant and very courteous, professional and attentive, highly recommend to arrange trips (Halong Bay, Sapa, Hagiang loop, Ninh Binh, etc) with Mr Max, very good tour operator!

Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel อยู่ในใจกลางฮานอย ห่างจากโรงละครหุ่นกระบอกน้ำทังลอง 200 ม. Room is tiny but very comfy. Cleanliness is exceptional and close from everywhere in Old Quarter. What I like the most is the friendliness of the staffs! They gave us recommendation to visit Hanoi & around. They helped us organise Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay tours fuss free.

The hotel is not big. The dining area is quite limited, probably because the hotel itself has a limited area. The room is spacious and airy, but the bathroom is small and not very clean, especially the edges of the floor in the bathroom. โรงแรมทางเข้า เล็ก พนักงานต้อนรับดีบริการดี โรงแรมไม่ใหญ่ ที่รับประทานอาหาร ค่อนข้างจำกัดเล็ก เพราะว่าอาจจะเป็นเพราะตัวโรงแรมมีเนื้อที่จำกัด ห้องพัก กว้างขวางดีโล่ง แต่ห้องน้ำเล็ก ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่​ ตรงบริเวณพื้นขอบ ในห้องน้ำ

Location is superb. It’s walking distance from all the famous tourist spots in old quarter area. Also, there are many eateries around open till late making it very convenient.

Comfortable Accommodations: Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa in Hanoi offers 4-star comfort with air-conditioned rooms featuring private bathrooms, balconies, and city views. We stayed at Ja cosmo Hotel in Hanoi as a family of five (4 adults and 1 child), and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and helpful, and they made a special effort to engage with our little one, which meant a lot to us. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful details throughout. The facilities were excellent, from the relaxing common areas to the well-maintained amenities. It really felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, Jacosmo is in a great spot – convenient to explore the city but still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A big thank you to the entire Jacosmo team for making our trip to Hanoi so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been travelling through Vietnam for three weeks and this was our favourite hotel. Amazing staff that speak English well and the rooms are so comfortable. The highlight of the stay was probably the breakfast and the rooftop bar.
