Their English was not the best but able to communicate. I got local restaurants and sightseeing from them too! The pool is clean and fresh/warm. The breakfast is also nice, pho and omelette is offered upon the request (free). It’s Vietnam, so the bugs and lizards are everywhere so don’t freak out when you find them. They keep the luggage and take shower even you check out. Two flip flops are prepared in your room and the AC, refrigerator, TV are all functioning.

I am a very demanding customer and i don't give out praise lightly, but the people at Ocean bay fully deserve it. I can just recommend it if you want to relax and get away from the daily stress.

The place is very close to the jungle, we were visited by some lizards on the bathroom wall but no harm was done, they were big but peaceful 😂 The staff is amazing, very kind and always available for help. Breakfast is great, big variety of food both traditional and international. The food at the restaurant is very good, with tables directly on the beach. Super recommended!

Our room revealed a direct, stunning view of the fireworks. The complimentary cable car tickets were a wonderful and appreciated perk. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was delicious and freshly made. Highly recommend!
