We stayed in the 2 BR villa called the Farmhouse, in a fully enclosed and secure area populated by wandering wildebeest, springbok and other birds and animals. The unit was well-spaced from other units. It was well built of concrete, tastefully furnished and supplied with high quality sheets and towels. The kitchen was generously provisioned with a multi-function oven, gas oven, and plenty of crockery and cookware, towels and rubbish bags. There was an outside under-cover dining/lounge room with a brai and spa. There were 2 large bedrooms with lockable connecting door. Contact with our hosts was virtual, but they responded quickly and were helpful. There was plenty of opportunity to spot animals from the house and on walks in the neighbourhood.

The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

It’s hard to pick just one thing we liked, because honestly, this was one of the best stays we’ve had in all our extensive travels. Missing out on a place like this would be a real shame, the accommodation, interior, and rooms were absolutely top-notch. The location was also perfect for visiting Kruger National Park. A big thank you to Ruan and his wife for making the experience even more unforgettable. Do not miss this spot while you can!

It was the perfect setting for relaxation and immersion in nature with breathtaking surroundings. The whole hotel is immaculately designed, combining luxury with an authentic African touch. Every detail—from the decor to the comfort of the bed — shows how much care and passion goes into this place. The meals were absolutely outstanding: fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor like in a restaurant. Our host, Alet’s attentiveness and natural kindness added a truly special touch to our stay. Her discreet yet exceptionally thoughtful care made every moment feel effortless and comfortable.

A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. We booked Oase as a quick stopover on the way through from Nelspruit to the top of Kruger. We had no clue what to expect, but what we found is difficult to put into words. Enough though we were only at the lodge for about 10 hours, the staff couldn't do enough for us. From start to finish it was truly a special experience. The room we stayed in was apparently their cheapest room, but it did not feel cheap and was above almost every room we have ever stayed in before. The food was also superb - desert to die for! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lodge and indeed we have changed out return flights from JNB so that we stop again on our way back and spend more time here.

Kids pool is also available at the accommodation, while guests can also relax in the garden. Very comfortable with lots of space! Loved the upstairs porch. Close to entertainment area of resort.
