The staff were awesome, super friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The complimentary wine & chocolates were a nice welcome gesture too. On-site parking was convenient and free and the village was within walking distance. The on-site Pottery Restaurant was convenient and the breakfast was yummy. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs too. We will be back again and happily recommend it to friends & family

The highlight of the property was Mr.Alex,the Manager at the front desk,who is the most pleasant,polite,kind,motivated and happiest staff we have ever met during our years of experiences with different hotels all over the world.He is simply the best and is an asset to the IHG group. You can easily feel he tries his best to make his customers feel comfortable and happy . He deserves a Promotion !!The restaurant staff including young Mohammad were so great. we are very satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone especially those visiting Blue mountain ski village.
