We were lucky to be given a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. This is a nice room with veranda if you are choosing yourself. Access was also provided to a microwave, a small mini fridge and pantry with a limited number of kitchen supples. If you like a retro style, this is a good value place to stay for the money.

Location was perfect. Close walk to the Old Town. The room was very clean and cosy. Exactly how I expected it. Such a lovely stay and hosts were very accommodating. A+

the room was clean and tastefully decorated. I asked about the heating and immediately they sent someone to check it. There was tea in the lobby. The location was perfect as I was attending perfromances at the Shaw Festival and I enjoyed walking near the water and througout the neighbourhood. The front desk people were prompt and pleasant.

Big nice room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Lady who worked in the kitchen during breakfast was so nice and friendly. Hotel had a real nice homey feel to it. Loved my stay.

Spent 2 nights at the courtyard with my family of 4. We had an infant with us and required afew things which the staff happily sorted us with. We were on 10th floor with the City views which were breath taking. Amazing first time experience and given the chance would visit the same place again. And yes its a 10 minute walk to view the amazing niagra falls
