It is located in the heart of the Village. Apartment Fereira has a nice view of the lake and it's very peaceful. It's a definition of perfect stay. The place is also very clean. It comes with coffee and tea and utensils that you can use when you want to make your breakfast. Helen is also very nice and accommodating. She gave us a card where we can use to show in the bus for a free ride.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and have a service-oriented attitude that exceeds the usual Swiss standard. The breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of delicious and healthy options. Parking is convenient. Overall, I was very impressed and would love to return again.

It's an old style Swiss Chalet and a really cozy place with nice decorations all around. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good. The location is also nice and on a sunny day you can really enjoy the beauty of Ringgenberg and Brienzersee.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and clean. You sleep peacefully without any noise. The hotel is in the center of interlaken near everything and very close to the interlaken west station. I would definitely recommend it.

The view you have from the room is really beautiful, it's totally worth it, it's a little distant from Interlaken but the station is 2 minutes from the hotel and you arrive in less than nothing. Customer service is the best and they always keep your room clean. Super recommended

The hotel is kept spotless, and it's run by a wonderful family who truly knows how to make you feel welcomed. They're simply fantastic!     Iseltwald itself is a beautiful little town, and the hotel is located near the end of the village at the lakeside. The location is absolutely beautiful and the private dock of the hotel made for great swimming/chilling! Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The parking spots of the hotel very convenient. The beds super comfortable. Our balcony with lakeview was the cherry on top.

    Beautiful location at the lake on a small, but very touristic village. We only had an ‘economy room’ as last available, but this was even much better as some other similar prized hotels we stayed in in Berner Oberland. Very nice breakfast, super coffee and all with a beautiful view ! Recommand highly!
