We arrived late after our flight, so it was really good having someone at the reception. The room was spacious, mattress very confortable. Very clean. The view was very nice.

The receptionists were very helpful with any questions around transport from Puerto Montt. In general we were very happy with our stay. The rooms are cozy and very clean and the building is in a nice state. Everything is functional and the water in the shower is always hot. There is heating in the room for cold days.
