I will start off with my delightful experience with the host - Samuel. He was always there when we needed help, it is easy to communicate with him, and he also speaks English! The room itself - amazin view from the last floor, it was equipped with everything we needed for our 2-days stay. The metro is accessible from the building itself. There are also multiple food stores in the building, just before the metro. On the ground floor, we can reach a supermarket, just 1 min away

I stayed here twice on my trip, and for a solo traveller it was a lovely, safe place to stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly which is main reason why I stayed twice. Also , the rooms were very clean, comfortable, great beds, and quiet. For taxi from station, I had the exact address but taxi needed to call to get directions (as address was in english, make sure your address is in Chinese). THERE ARE MANY JL hotels in Shanghai so make sure you don't get dropped at the wrong one! It is 10 mins walk to Wunning Road metro station, so easy to get to all main attractions in the city from the hotel. To get from airport is easy, take Line 2, then one change to Wunning Road station... about 1 and a half - 2 hrs. Finally, there are a few gym items in/near lobby area and a coffee machine there - which had great coffee with creamer! Thank you to staff for a lovely stay;)

I like this stay very much! I moved here from another hotel, thank the landlord for receiving us! First of all, the location of the apartment is great, it is located in the city center, and you can walk to Yuyuan Garden and Bund, which is really convenient for travelers. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic, always answering any questions I have in time, even helping me when I need to buy groceries, and helping me book a car when I want to go to the airport. The whole experience is very good. The apartment itself is also very clean and tidy! I love it here!

The localization was really convenient, super close to the temple and subway stations. The room was big and my view was super charming. The cleaning was always done on time and the staff was really nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
