We were in room 'Zen', one of the theme rooms. It meant that the bed was low, Japanese style. Very nicely designed. Good bathroom, a large ceiling fan, and automatic shutters. Good breakfast. An ideal place for a stop-over, just a short distance from two highways.

super idyllic in the cutest little Dorf the food was absolutely on point. hand made and traditional German cuisine is hard to come by. oh and the wine was excellent

Great location, really responsive, kind and helpful staff. It’s an old guest house and the decoration is dated (but charming) and most importantly, the rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable! We only stayed one night, driving through Germany but we had a really pleasant stay at this guest house and we will be back for sure.

This hotel is located in the quiet wine-growing town of Rödelsee, at the foot of the Schwanberg mountain, in the Steigerwald Nature Park.

The owner was most welcoming. The room was nice. The location and village we lovely. The evening meal was cooked very nicely and the dining room was nice. Breakfast was more than adequate. There was also a super collection of old collector bicycles that the owner had renovated. Really nice to see and tastefully presented

Room was clean, friendly people. We had the family room and it had 4 proper beds not one of those couches turned into a bed. Town was very nice

Breakfast was a dream, very well presented with a wide selection. Good coffee and tea. Seating is also outside in an inner courtyard. The bedrooms thoughtfully appointed, mattress very comfortable. Our ebikes were easily and securely stored.
