Parking is available around the hotel (an open parking near the hotel, or if you are lucky, find free parking place in the nearby street). Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and in modern styles. The interrail of the hotel is clean and good designed.

This hotel went beyond our expectations. The location, the staff, the rooms, the view, the service, everything is impecable and beyond what we thought (and read) it would be. Front desk: very friendly staff. They welcomed us with a tea while we waited for our room to be ready. The room: 10 points with an exceptional view to the cute square in front of the hotel. Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast: supreme. We could even get some sandwiches for our way back home and they also gave us a voucher with a complimentary drink (tea, coffee, beer) to take at any time with us. And the cherry on top: they gave us a souvenir (mug) to take home with us. For sure an experience we will remember! Thank you Rafaela hotel for the beautiful experience in Heidelberg!
