Extraordinary customer service which rivals any luxury hotel. The location was perfect, walking distance from the Karnak and Luxor Temples. 24/7 supermarket in the building. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The dinner was ridiculously abundant, very delicious authentic Egyptian food at a good price

Location is perfect, 2 mins from West side public ferry. Rooms are big and clean with AC and fridge. Staff is really great, they help with everything. There is place to buy beer 1 minute walking (ask reception). After check-out it is possible to use restaurant and pool until your bus/train/flight.

I created a very intense tour of Egypt for my family. We were all exhausted when we arrived to the El Gezira. The hotel and our room was a lovely surprise. We got a family room so we could all be together. The kids cooled off in the pool. I slept better here than anywhere else on our trip. I’m sad we didn’t get a chance to stay longer. The food was great!

    Lovely closed complex to stay. Very homely feel to the hotel and staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. A little antiquated but it is a budget hotel. Has a very nice character. Location was excellent. Only 5 minutes from Karnac. Nice safe area around hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in Egypt. Dinner was also extremely delicious (chef on site very talented). Would highly recommend to stay here and I would stay again in a heartbeat!
