The hotel was perfect for me because my husband was in the hospital next door. My room had a great view of a park. There are shops and bars nearby and Mercadona supermarket close. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable and excellent value.

When we arrived at the Hotel, was greeted by a friendly receptionist, good start. We stayed in room 8 had a side sea view, would of liked an higher room, next time we will book sea view. The rooms was spotless clean, has was the hotel. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in benidorm, the terrace at the KAKTUS has stunning views, which we loved. The bar really cheap pint of lager €3😊which for a hotel is really good. Staff couldn't do enough for you very friendly. Evening meal plenty to chose from. Breakfast was you expect in a Spanish hotel. All in all great hotel, which we are looking forward to visit again soon.

Beautiful hotel to stay in very central to everything. Absolutely spotless clean rooms are cleaned everyday. The staff are so friendly and accomadating from barstaff to receptionists especially Silvia & who went over and above to accomadate our group of 13.
