Warm Hotel. Lovely room. Awesome shower and bed. Great breakfast. Ms Irune was very very kind and all the others ladies. We spend a lovely time in Bilbao also because of the hotel. If we will go there again we will stay in this hotel. It was my birthday, they new so I had a bottle of champagne in the room. Congratulations for such a nice welcome !!! Excelent stay.

Very friendly staff, the room was quiet, hotel located near the university and not far from Guggenheim. The breakfast was also good ... and very important : the coffee was excellent. :-)

Room was really great and even we had the most basic one, it was bigger than expected. Location great - close to stadium, museums, metro station, shops, restaurants - everything by hand, also car rental RecordGo was directly behind the building. Breakfast were large, only vegetable missing, but for us no problem, because it included amazing hams :) We can recommend, and I would come again. Btw, walking distance to Museum Gut.. about 10 minutes, and to Casco Viejo about 20 minutes and all the time are bars and restaurants. only be careful that there are 2 hotels with the same name :D but they are very close each other

The location o perfect! You are in the old city center, but close to the blidge to get to the business center. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is over my expectations: various food, fresh fruits, juices. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed by the dedication with which the hotel staff supports guests in getting to the airport in the early morning. I have not experienced until now that the hotel offered breakfast at 5 am. Special thanks to the driver of the shuttle bus, who even started the course in advance so that all guests arrived at the airport on time. I would recommend to anyone with a very early flight. We felt taken care of.
