The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Service was friendly and room was very clean. We loved the location, being on the edge of the village. The value for money was excellent.

In the centre of Cockermouth, Allerdale Court features large rooms with free WiFi. The cosy bar has real ales, open fires and original oak beams.

Location was amazing and great for exploring. Brett and Anthea were delightful and made us feel so welcome.. The food was amazing with hearty portions and the accommodation was quaint and cosy. The scenery is overwhelmingly beautiful. We were so blessed with the beautiful weather and took advantage of exploring Keswick and surrounds.

Great location for the Coast to Coast path. Very nice staff. They also serve meals and breakfast and have a bar where they have lots of drinks. Everything was great. Amazing location and garden. I would gladly come back even just for a quiet retreat.

Highfield features great lake and mountain views and its own private car park. The beautiful rooms have en suite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities.

Wonderful settings, located right in front of the lake promenade start, with a beautiful view towards the mountains and even the lake. Also very close to Keswick city center. The room was very comfortable, the lounge area was as well. Very good breakfast. I definitely recommend the Highfield.
