Skylark is exceptional value for the dollar. The hotel is near bus stops as well as the underground. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and all the linens were spotless. The bathroom was completely and totally renovated and up to date. Vera and Suk are amazing and very engaged hosts. They go very far out of their way to ensure everything during your stay is perfect period. I certainly wasn't expecting a peaceful and wonderful courtyard garden. I was also very surprised at the extensive breakfast that was offered in the morning. Hot dishes eggs, fruit, cheese, cereal etc.etc. For the price I paid I was very surprised that such a breakfast was included. I will stay there from now on, and I would not hesitate to recommend skylark to either solo or family travelers. Thanks again Vera! You are the best. And thanks for all the travel tips Suk!

I really liked the location — it’s conveniently close to the airport and easily accessible to shopping centers, grocery stores, and transportation services, whether public or through their private car options. What I appreciated the most was how clean and tidy the room and bathroom were — everything was well-arranged and spotless. The whole experience was great 👍 very friendly staff and accommodation while still being refurbished our room was spacious and comfortable and the beds outstanding and I’m very picky about the beds when I travel Nothing was too much trouble with any staff interaction true service and outstanding quality of service standards they even delivered meals to our room when my mum who is 79 had to rest after a 13 hour flight ✈️ from Singapore the whole experience was outstanding and I can see when there refurbishment is complete this is going to be a great family run business with truly great hospitality and warmth

After walking the whole dag trough Londen we were so exhausted and ready to get to the hotel. There was a friendly lady who helped us at the desk late in the evening. To start with the shower was amazing! And the bed too! I fell asleep and only woke up after a fast 8 good hours of sleep. The hotel looks really nice with the Hollywood theme. Good distance to the station and when you are there dont forget to get a coffee at this tiny little coffee place in the shopping street (cant remember the name sorry!) But you will pass it by, its at the same side on the road as the hotel. Definitely worth the money.

Exceeded all expectations – honestly can’t understand how the hotel is only 3 stars. The best breakfast ever – loved the combination of buffet and à la carte, made with high-quality ingredients Huge recommendation from a family of four, including two teenagers, who stayed in a family room, it was absolutely perfect for us :)

    Welcoming and helpful staff throughout , location is a great base with easy links including hoppa to Heathrow. Gluten free breakfast was a very welcome surprise. Room was ideal for a short stay and very comfy bed. For a budget hotel it ticked every box and more.

    This is an Airport hotel, with a lot of through traffic. Parking is not free, which is a pain, the rooms are ok for a Budget hotel, but it was a little run down, and needs a revamp. Costly per its location and use. Not if you are driving you may have to pay to get to the hotel TFL wise. £10+ a day.

    We enjoyed our stay at Ibis budget hotel very much. The behaviour of hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast menu was good and perfectly chosen. The location was good as it was close to the airport.
