Fantastic location by the seaside. Best part of the town. Hotel is really fragrant and very tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Fabulous room with balcony. Sparklingly clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Lots of hot water. Good wifi. The breakfast is outstanding - the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, a real feast. The hosts are lovely - helpful and cheerful. Will definitely stay again.

The location may be a bit far and to go from the beach up is quite a hike, BUT the view is just amazing. There is a bus stop nearby (1ა bus line) and we also used Bolt to get right to the hotel. The breakfast was really tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also cannot forget how lovely and friendly the owners were, amazing people.

The location is easy to get from the highway, though calm and quiet. Variety of food for the breakfast and lunch is good in local supermarkets in the nearby village, but you may choose to dine at restaurants, there are plenty of them with traditional menu in the surrounding area. Villa is well equipped and spacious. Fantastic view, sitting on the balcony enjoying sights with a glass of wine could be a perfect end to a busy day on a beach (pebble, rocky or sand - whatever you prefer). Owners are friendly and welcoming, ready to fulfill all your needs.

Perfect place, closed to the beach, also excellent pool is near hotel. Its not 4 star hotel, but fantastic relation between price and comfort. Very friendly owner, she is the background of all atmosphere. High recommended!

Decent breakfast. Lovely welcoming and helpful staff. Great location, in terms of proximity to the main areas and the beach, but helpfully, far enough away so that it was quiet. Comfy room. Great value for money.

The hotel is located in the old town of the city. A month ago it was completely renovated: repairs were made, furniture and plumbing were replaced. Excellent service, very tasty breakfasts and exceptionally beautiful views from the roof and from some rooms. We stayed at the Hotel Old Town among authentic streets and houses with many restaurants. We met the owner Rezo. He himself built his hotel, which adorns Batumi with its architecture. Beautiful entrance area. The elevator works properly, on the 6th floor there is a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, ships and beautiful views of the city. The rooms are warm, cozy, clean and most importantly everything works properly, which is important for a tourist. Everyone is ready to help with any question. Breakfast pleasantly surprised with a rich variety of dishes, everything is prepared with soul and professionalism. Georgian hospitality, of course, is the wine that the host treats guests to from the very morning. We note that the wine is very tasty and soft. It is obvious that Rezo himself and his team work with their soul and heart, a pleasant aura is felt. Everyone in this hotel can feel Georgian hospitality and friendliness. Many thanks to the staff and personally the owner Rezo for the warm welcome. Everyone is very friendly and polite, so the atmosphere of good rest and great mood is created day after day. Batumi and this hotel are amazing! We will definitely come back here again!
