The location was perfect, everything was walking distance, Macok Bisztor, Dobo Square, Despresso Restaurant, Turkis bath and Eger Thermal, also the castle and the minaret. The staff was exptremely polite, and kind. They were helpful if asked for advice, the hotel had a nice parking and also a restauren which we did nto have a chance to try. We also missed the jacuzzi, and the saune because we went to the baths, but it was looking nice.

It was right by the city centre, so you could just walk to all the main areas. They also have a wonderful restaurant next to the hotel and the food was amazing. The staffs were pleasant and accommodating. The accommodation itself was decent.

This is a lovely hotel, very thoughtfully decorated. I particularly liked the snakes and fish in the lounge. Yes, they were in vivariums... no worries!

All was great. Location is superb - the old city is around the corner. Breakfast was great with pretty wide choice of goods and located in beautiful room with garden view. Rooms are spacious enough with all required for short stay - we even had a fridge in our room. The hotel also provided us with the cot for the baby and that was really great.

Reception met us at the door by pre-arrangement. Good location and an easy walk to old town. Clean with nice decor. Room came with vouchers for full breakfast and another for free tea at a local Cafe.
