We were selected as “guest of the day” which meant our room was decorated which was a lovely surprise after a long morning of travel. Irman on reception was particularly friendly and gave us clear information about the hotel and its facilities. Added bonus is the free self serve laundry, this was a great benefit which we made use of. Breakfast was also fresh, varied and tasty.

The hotel exceeded my expectations when I arrived. I wasn't expecting that it'd be that fancy and pretty. The people there were very accommodating and fine and they would greet you whenever you encounter them which was pretty nice. I love how they took care of my room very neatly and they also were kind when I accidentally spilled sunblock on the blanket. They were kind enough to respond on my note which I found really cute. Definitely my favourite hotel so far. I also love that I was able to take a pencil home as a remembrance.

Really enjoyed my stay at Konko Hostel in Jakarta! The place is clean, modern, and well-located. The highlight was the walking tour organized by the hostel — a great way to explore the city and connect with other travelers. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and good vibes all around. The hotel is in a super strategic position, brand new; the staff is very welcoming and super helpful! We arrive a little bit earlier and they prepare our room before the time of the check in hour! Then we had to extend our stay ‘cause we had the flight from Jakarta airport at midnight on Saturday and they treated us very well!! The breakfast is very good, plenty of choices! I absolutely recommended!!

Super hotel in everything, great service from all staff, all facilities working well, great roof swimming pool, superb breakfast! I repeat breakfast, ok, although we are not eating heavily in the morning, but for those who do, this is the best place, best breakfast options among ~20 hotels in two countries, we also enjoyed it so much. Option to choose a smoking room or not, and we chose the non smoking room, although my friend is smoking, she could go either to the top swimming pool area, or better to the convenient external area next to the bottom restaurant. We were offered from the start 2 room card keys, very thoughtful of the reception lady :-)

Best place to stay in Kemayoran if you have work/leisure activity in JiExpo, 5 mins away. They have the best welcome drink too (cucumber mix loveee)! A lot of rumah makan since it is nearby Rumah Sakit. Very convenient. Housekeeping, Mas Ade is very good and punctual. Always on time.

Very clean room, very comfortable. It's quiet, but sometimes a bit noisy in the morning. Eco friendly hotel. They don't provide a free bottle of water, but there's 2 dispensers available in the corridor. I think that's pretty handy.

    It's a budget hotel at a very nice location, walking distance from sayrena and the food street. Plenty of places to eat close by, and a mart as well. The staff was helpful when I asked for the room to be changed.
