The staff is the highlight of this hotel. My parents stayed here 10 years ago and based on that feedback we booked the place again and it has not changed one bit. They are as friendly and caring as before. They were extremely helpful to my aged parent's needs. The dinner at night was really delicious. The location is bang in the centre yet the property is surrounded by greenery and is not on the main road so no major noise.

I made a special request for Rasmali dessert for dinner, and the talented chefs, Yogendra and Prasad, did not disappoint. If you’re staying here, do not miss the food—it's a treat! The waitstaff also provide a fine dining experience, with the kind of attentive service you’d expect at a silver-service restaurant. Namdev stood out as an excellent waiter, so helpful, kind and professional. This is the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. I’ll definitely be staying here on my next trip to Pune!
