Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We arrived early in the morning and the staff kindly offered to leave our luggage at the reception, but put the food in the fridge. We were free to relax by the lake. When we returned, our bags were already in our room. A huge thank you to them for that! The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the center. Next to the castle, shops, train station. Breakfast was also very tasty! Especially the "grandmother's cake" :)

It's amazing that the hotel is right on the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas owned by the hotel. The whole service is just great.

The place is very nice, close to the sea and Fiumicino airport. The ladies were very nice and helpfull, they called is a taxi to take us to Ciampino airport. Breakfest was delish and great cappuccino❤️

We didn't get a chance to stay due to a glitch in the booking.com - the system allowed us to prepay for the room, but there were no rooms available. However the nice people at Castrichella helped us find another place to stay and were really flexible in solving the payment issue. Thanks to them we had a place to crush at after a long and difficult flight. Thank you, guys!
