Perfect location for starting an early hike to Etna. The comfort of the family room has positively surprised us, we did not expect this for a refugee. The breakfast was nice and all the sweet treats just delicious.

Hotel is close to Etna, that's why we chose it and also it has a great view of it. It has free parking. The room was really comfortable and clean. It was cleaned every day of our stay. It has a really great heating so we were never cold. Breakfast was great, and also before we came to the hotel, they reached out and asked if we wanted dinner in our room because we were coming late and they sent us a menu so we could choose what to eat. That was the only time we ate dinner and it was really great.

the room was one the most beautiful i have ever visited. breakfast very delicious with nice view from terrace. hotel stuff was very friendly. i liked the fact that accomodation provided real keys, not plastic cards for opening the doors.

The staff were really friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in. Giving me a map immediately and showing me what to see. The breakfast is good. The location is absolutely fabulous as it is walking distance from the sites and the train and bus station. Highly recommend Centrum Hotel!

An excellent location. The friendliness of the reception staff (Gaetano and Maria Chiara) pleasantly impressed us. The rooms have an excellent view towards the sunrise and you can see the sunrise! In the morning, although breakfast was only served from 7:00 a.m. and we had to be at the airport at 7:00 a.m., at 6:00 a.m., the owner/boss of the hotel prepared breakfast for us with the utmost kindness. Moreover, the breakfast and the coffee were excellent! We thank him once again and in this way!

The friendly staff, the location, and the comfortable bed 🛌.. Sockets beside the bed to charge phone ect. The air conditioning works perfectly. The balcony was excellent.
