The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the city. The rooms are very clean and refurbished, the mattress very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. They offered us a bottle of water as well as tea and coffee inside the room. One big advantage is that the room was very warm.The breakfast was various and of good quality. Marco, the receptionist was more than polite and helpful!

Kind personal, quiet place, 15 minutes Malpensa airport, 2 minutes supermarkets, perfect breakfast for all family, 15 minutes beautiful Pombia safari park, 3 minutes to Oleggio center where few high rayed restaurants placing, 45 minutes Milano. I booked my staying at the hotel after my return flight home was cancelled at 10pm on a Friday. I picked this hotel because it was fairly close to Malpensa Airport and it didn't disappoint me. Staff was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great too. I ended up expending two nights there and was really pleased.

A great place to stay when you want to be close to the airport. Staff are very helpful. Airport shuttle service is great. We had a free day so we walked to Oleggio Station and caught the 20 min train to Arona, Lake Maggiore. Beautiful!

It was very comfortable and friendly place. I really enjoyed with my family of 16 persons with infant and other children. shuttle to Terminal 1 departure and 2arrival was free. Staff was very friendly especially Sir. Noah he was very polite and professional. I had contacted flight to Jeddah it was also moslim friendly place to wear Ihram. Breakfast was fantastic from hotel and I ordered also from my chicken hut Halal food 5 min delivery
