Warm and kind behaviour upon the check in with a lovely lady from reception is giving you a vacation mood in a second, following the breathtaking terrace - is a goal. Just in the center of an old town, surrounded by thousand bars, restaurants and view points. Sunset aperetive on the terrace is must! We stayed in renovated room so is was just as you expect it, even with a slippers inside! Breakfast is amazing, if you stay in April or may try authentic nespola fruit - blows away! Guess almost all of the rooms has an etna view)

Everything is unexpectedly perfect. Morning breakfast offers amazing varieties of food and pastry, which will remind you of grandma's food. The fulfilling breakfast buffet, the charismatic restaurant stuff with the stunning panoramic view is what one would dream to wake up for on vacation. Spectacular view on the terrace during golden, blue hours. Super friendly and helpful hotel staff Giulia. Tranquil on the mid hill yet just seven minutes easy walk away from the town centre. Everything is just beyond perfect for price. I could not recommend more.

Amazing amazing view🤩 We booked the hotel last minute, and it was a great in everywhere. Located right at the top of the steps to go down to the beautiful beach and Isola Bella. The room was clean, the toilet/bathroom was also spacious and clean. It was amazing to wake up to the sunrise, and have an apéritive on the balcony at sunset. The cable car which connects you to Taormina is also 150 meters from the hotel. That was also practical, you are basically up in Taormina in 5 minutes. The staffers were very sweet and gave us great suggestions for food etc. if you like peaceful and scenic holidays this is the place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Elios Tao, and I must say it was a truly relaxing experience. Located in a beautiful area, the hotel provides a perfect mix of modern comfort and traditional charm. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the peaceful atmosphere — it’s an ideal spot if you want to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the outdoor areas offered a nice place to relax in the sun. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Hotel Elios Tao to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay.

Owners are superb - they meet you at the entrance and the family/owners are so sweet and friendly, yet they respect your privacy and not clingy. Room was super clean and towels and all changed every day. Spacious room with parking within our view - which was a bonus since car was used to store shopping!:). Within walking distance to the sea, a drive from Toarmina but still worth.
