For the price I paid this place was an excellent option. Sure it hasn’t been updated for a while and you are probably in a room that looked how it did years ago when it was built, but consider that part of the charm, and the reason for the reasonable price. The receptionists were excellent. Parking undercover nearby for €15 a day was much appreciated. The hotel is centrally located. With the money you save you can buy shoes from the many many shoe shops in town!

Very friendly staff making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Very nice room with a magnificent view of the mountains. Nice terrace in front of the hotel, also possible to eat at restaurant Bögia (owned by the hotel). Would highly recommend to try the local specialty Pizzoccheri della Valtellina!

Modern hotel wrapped in an old building. Very well done. Great breakfast. Hotel has its own generous parking lot, just a little bit further east from the hotel itself. Great communication prior to arrival.

the property is situated in a good location. It's clean, nice and cozy, beautiful viwes and excellent staff. The spa area is amazing, clean and we had a very good time relaxing there. The property was very kind with us and because we were with our little child they let us do the check out a few hours later so th little one can enjoy hare midday sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast also. Unfortunately the Restaurant Jim was closed, but we heard a lot of good recommendation about it so we definitely will come again :)

We were looking for a budget hotel close to Tirano train station to catch the Bernina Express next morning. Location wwas great. It was about 10 mins walking from the station and it was not a problem for us with two large suit cases and one carry on and a few back packs (we are a family of 3). We also loved the breakfast. The food was excellent and the timing worked for us. We could have breakfast and comfortably walk to the station to cath the train. The staff were nice and helpful.
