The staff is incredible and knowledgeable about the area. The spa was lovely. Breakfast each day was delicious with fantastic coffee. The views were tremendous and the bus was very convenient.

The highlights of this hotel are the superfriendly and helpful staff as well as the superb restaurant - I didn't expect it, but it's probably the best place to eat within many miles from the hotel.

Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Room and bathroom were very clean. Tasty breakfast. Staff did not speak English but were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Surrounding countryside is beautiful.

The stay at La Chance Hotel was excellent value for money could not of wished for anything more out of our stay. With booking a skiing trip for a group, the correspondence from the staff; in particular André in order to purchase ski passes and rent out skiing gear provided by the hotel was very much appreciated. The hotel provide a storage department near the skiing platform which is an extra bonus, we were all too happy to leave out equipment there instead of going back with it to the hotel each day. The spa facilities are also very good, and the massage on the Friday night after a week on the slopes was incredible. Good spread provided each morning for breakfast, starting at 8am thus on the slopes well before 9am.

Hotel & Restaurant Le Charaban is set along the SS27 road, 2 km above Aosta and just a 10-minute drive from the Pila ski area cableway. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and mountain views.

The owners and employees are very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner twice at the hotel's restaurant, the food was excellent!
