By mistake I booked a smoking room. It is not the end of the world but I don't like the smell of smoke.... there was no non-smoking room available that night and it's not their mistake.... better re-check your booking😅

Spacious than normal business hotels. Luggage space under the bed is very clever. Minimum but everything we need are there.

The location is great. It is just a few steps from the Shinkansen station. There is a convenient store next door and a few more at the station. The breakfast was reasonable. The room is a Japanese hotel standard room. The staff was helpful. Very good value for money.

Parking in front of the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Good hot spring bath on level 1. And good breakfast. I wish I have booked more than a night.

The staff were really nice and assisted us when we had troubles with our room card. The facilities were also good and breakfasts was a really nice bonus.

A large hotel where we had a great rest after hiking around the volcanoes. We got cleaned up, did our laundry, and enjoyed the onsen. Nice view of the fields and mountains.
