Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Transport to and from Chuo terminal on arrival and departure was great. In addition, hotel offered evening transport to and from the village centre which was an additional welcomed service

Good price, good location and staff were very friendly. Rooms were well furnished and had lots of extra blankets or pillows. The hotel also has its own onsen on the second floor. Heater worked well and there was complementary hot spring supplies. The staff was very friendly on check-in and check-out and the place has an elevator too if you have some heavy baggage. Location is only one corner away from the main restaurants and where most of the action happens, and is located right next to the bus stop too.

Togari Onsen Alpen Plaza features a hot spring bath and a public bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Iiyama, 30 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park.

This hotel was perfect! Absolutely fantastic local Japanese breakfast and dinner served beautifully. The location is great a short walk to the lift station. Lifts passes can be purchased on site along with rentals etc meaning you can be on the slopes immediately. The hotel has a lovely Onsen too! We will be back ! Thank you for amazing service to the wonderful family and staff.

We had a fantastic stay! The ski area and rental shop are right nearby, and the onsen was beautiful. Delicious meals, kind staff, and easy access from the station made it even better. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
