A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! We had the pleasure of staying at the Osborne Hotel in Malta for two nights, and from the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was truly special. I had requested a nice room, and to our delight, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful suite at no extra cost. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. But what truly touched us was the extra effort they put in to celebrate my birthday. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and a heartfelt birthday note waiting in our room. It was such a kind and personal touch that made the occasion even more memorable. The hotel’s atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff’s dedication to making guests feel valued is truly commendable. From the seamless check-in process to the little details that enhanced our stay, everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a hotel in Malta that offers not only comfort but also outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Osborne Hotel. The hotel is new, with everything working perfectly. My room was spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. I originally booked for two nights but ended up extending my stay twice. The manager was very helpful in arranging for me to remain in the same room, even though the hotel was nearly full. The location is close to Paceville’s nightlife, yet far enough away to avoid any disturbance from the noise. The room also seemed well soundproofed, and I slept very well.

We absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed for a week and it felt like home. We were truly sad to leave. We were very pleased. If I come to Malta again, I'll be the first to check it out. The location is perfect, the room is perfect. There's nothing more to say.

I booked a superior king room on the 9th floor for under 80 euro, and felt like I was the first guest. Everything renovated and designed for optimal comfort. Very nice room with large bathroom. The balcony is on a corner, so panoramic. Though the view is not towards the sea, it is in the sun for most of the day. Nespresso machine in the room, also perfect. Staff and hotel is really trying to stand out, and giving a warm welcome. Though the hotel might look simple, it is value for money. Atleast the room I booked.
