it was very clean, while in the jungle. Everything was also spacious, so it felt very comfortable to walk around and sleep inside the tent. The food made by Rosario was amazing and healthy!

this was a very nice hotel. I had fantastic views from my room to the sunrise and the ocean. They have a beach club that serves ice food, and cocktails and plays nice music (too loud sometimes). The bed in the room was very comfy and the bathroom was big a nice with a power shower. The location is great right in front of the beach and next to the main road but without getting noisy. The staff were friendly and really nice. They let me store my luggage until check-in time and they accommodated all my requests (I needed an iron and hair dryer). they have two swimming pools and two bars/restaurants. Also,

The team were very welcoming, and the rooms very comfortable. Having read a couple of reviews about bugs (it is the jungle!), all we had was a tiny lizard! There's a big mosquito net over the bed, not that it seemed that bad when we travelled anyway. The driver was available until 9, which was very helpful when travelling from further away. The showers were hot - another surprise in the jungle!

I run a housekeeping department myself back in England and from my point I can say the accommodation and all facilities on site are very, very clean. Reception, restaurant and bar staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very good location if you want to catch the bus to travel around the hotel zone and Cancun. Access to the beach is easy. The site itself is dated, but it's cosy and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay there again next year.
