The room was very clean and had fantastic air conditioning. The bathroom was far beyond all expectations; the pressure of the shower has by far been the best I have EVER had. The location is very close to places to eat and to buy groceries. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The staff at the restaurant but the lady at the Reception was not so friendly. Spacious room. The location because it is close to the airport for our early departure.

The property was very easy to find. Owner was great with communication and was able to organise us an airport transfer despite the next day being a public holiday for them. The area has everything you need from a lotus supermarket, a laundromat and a fantastic food court up the road (Phoenix).

the moment we entered the hotel lobby, the entire place smells like ikea, which reminds me that this place is new. from the staff at the reception to the room, everything was excellent. they have everything u need. feels more like a 5 star hotel to me. the only downside is the location is far from the tourist attractions and its hard to find grab around this area. grab drivers will cancel on u multiple times if u want to go over to the other side of penang.

EVERYTHING. Staff, breakfast, room size, cleanliness, location. We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra 3 nights instead of staying up the coast further. When the hotel's GM is friendly enough to come and engage you in conversation and point out sights from their 21st floor restaurant windows ( magic view ) then this attitude flows to his staff who were all friendly and very helpful. Easy to get Grab to anywhere around Georgetown, only 6 minutes to the ferry. NOT at rush hour though. We could easily walk anywhere in the old town area ( we are retired age ) and we did. The location is in the old town area and is perfectly safe to walk around at night as we went to some excellent restaurants like Kenny Hills Bakery Restaurant ( great, had lunch then went back for dinner ) Eastern & Orient Hotel for their Sunday roast and Afternoon Tea. These places are easy to walk too from the OZO Hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
