5 star because of price/value ratio. Building is older and the big one bed room was worn but fresh paint, sparkling clean, great hot water pressure, big refrigerator, fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and some of the best service I have seen. Super nice desk attendees who graciously handled me after my screw up on the check out date and got things figured out. Upscale location with a huge mall close by, great for walking around and a well equipped Jym.

It was wonderful staying in the hotel . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean,spacious and accessible to transportation and local SM mall.
