We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bacolux Diana, but what really made the difference was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. ➡️ At the restaurant, Geta and Roxana offered impeccable service – attentive, fast, always smiling and very caring. They made us feel like special guests! ➡️ At the reception, Albert and Cosmin were extremely kind and well prepared. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, everything clearly explained, always available to help us with anything.
