A wonderful place, situated in a great location. A wonderful turquoise lake nearby and even a playground. It is a great base for trips in the surrounding area. The host was very friendly and the place is well equipped with a parking space. Highly recommended.

We hadn’t planned on staying here: it was a last minute booking so we could escape a campsite 45 minutes away, in the heaviest rain with worries about potential flooding. Everything is great about the hotel: extremely friendly, helpful and well-organised owner. Spotlessly clean through the hotel, comfortable rooms, nice cotton bedsheets, complimentary toiletries etc, TV with great channels for English-speakers! We ate dinner here and loved the dumplings, trout, grilled veg and amazing pancakes and walnut ice cream. Breakfast was also fabulous with perfectly cooked omelettes and scrambled eggs! It’s a friendly, family-run place and was a wonderful safe haven for us away from camping in the rain! The owner even took the time to tell us which roads were safe to drive on, after the floods, for our onward journey.

Great place, for relayx and meet some new people. Separatly privat room and shar area with tables, chairs. In share area is possible to take some cofee, tea, and spice if you want to some cook and not have it. Nice place in nature and gread start place for trip to enjoy Bohinji lake and nature.

Location is HEAVEN, family are kind and helpful, the home is lovely and the experience feels like camping but with all the comforts. They even put on fires for us to heat the radiator which I was so grateful for as my partner struggles with cold. A beautiful experience that gave me great feelings. Leave the front door and each direction you walk will take you on a beautiful adventure in the national park where people leave aligned with nature.

    We were walking the Juliana Trail and this is almost on the route. Beautiful location and quiet. Good host and spacious apartment, decorated with great care. Very happy there was a washing machine! And a proper kitchen with oven. Good and wide bed.

    The accomodation is surprisingly very clean, well organized with amenities and towels. If you are catching a train the next day, then this is the perfect location. 1.5H walk to Tolmin (unless you take the bus) is also doable.
