All the staff were very friendly, especially Emna at the reception, she is very kind, nice, helpful and informative, she works very hard to satisfy all the guests, she helped me to take a taxi and book another day at the hotel until I came back from Sousse. Emna makes the guests feel home. The hotel is very clean and the location is very central, very close to Medina. I totally recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, the hotel staff was very kindly, ready to help us in everything we needed.Reception staff , security, cleaning and tho ones who prepare the breakfast, all of them received us every day with a smiling face and kindly words.I can’t explain how much we liked and enjoyed in our 10 days stay in this hotel. Everything was clean, no noise, everybody respect us ,the great location near a police station, in the city center. I can’t wait to go there again. The staff were so friendly, kind and welcoming. They could also speak multiple languages! They had a security guard which made me feel safe as a solo traveller and the cleaning staff were so sweet. Wifi also worked grewtc
