The best part of the hotel is free parking and easy Uber ride to uptown. The rooms were clean but the hallways still smelled like cigarettes even though they switched to being a smoke free hotel.

Modern hotel, kind staff, 2 mins walk to subway. Rooms are on small side, but very well thought out. There is place to store jackets, luggage, toileteries. Small fridge and coffee maker are present. Water in shower was always hot with lot of pressure. Great hotel restaurant/bar inside - Rosa at the park.

I loved how clean and organized the place was. Quick and easy check-in process. Each dorm has a locker to store your personal belongings. It has a nice little café in the lobby for breakfasts ($). The bathrooms were clean as well, well kept and modern. The staff and cleaning staff were nice and helpful. Location is perfect, metro station right off 103rd street, there was also an excellent italian restaurant right in front of the hostel called Bosino, delicious, and I highly recommend. Overall, I had a great experience at this hostel and would highly recommend for anyone who wants to explore New York city all day, for a low price!
