Very helpful staff. Arrived early than expected (3:30am) with night bus. The day before they already explained that there is a waiting room which was pretty handy considering the arrival time. Even got breakfast after that rough night. Location is idyllic, distance to center is walkable or easy via grab. Nice atmosphere also due to the staff. Would stay there again. It was probably most expensive accommodation we've had but value for money was good.

It was just a lovely place. So beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and caring. The hotel was in a great location and they gave bikes. It was so beautiful and easy to ride around the area. There was some issue with the transfer but they compensated us. I am so sorry we spent just two nights here - 3 should be the minimum to see everything that the place offers. The hotel was great, the staff were great and the breakfast was great!

Everything! This is hands down the best place we stayed during our Vietnam trim. Very sad we didn’t stay longer. The place feels like it was built yesterday, the pool is wonderful, the bed is comfortable, extremely clean, great bathroom. You can’t get any better than this. Breakfast was delicious. The host spoke limited English but was proficient with the translator app which made communicating very easy. We were easily able to rent a motorbike for the day which made transporting round Tam Cốc smooth. Great location. When I come back to Ninh Binh one day, I will be staying here longer!
