When we got there , the hotel was not open still under construction but we were allowed in , that was so cool and pleasant.

Honeypot is in a quiet and very beautiful neighborhood,the property itself was a harmonious blend of nature and man. Beautifully laid out,lovely gardens,warm and genuinely welcoming staff and more. Bob owns and lives on the property,he was a gracious host and he didn’t hesitate to share his knowledge every time I called on him. He is a lively 80 year old man with a lovely dog that adores him, I will look forward to seeing him again the next time I am in Umhlanga. I cannot but mention the monkeys that came around just as I was checking out,they were the icing on a beautiful cake. The fact the beach is a walking distance from the property is also a big deal. In summary,HoneyPot felt like home.

Charlene was an amazing host. property was clean and comfortable. everything you needed was there. it was very homey, peaceful and quiet. pool was a-bit cold but we still used it lol. no disturbances at all. also value for money. we will def be returning.
