Located in the heart of Vienna, only a 5-minute walk from the Saint Stephen's Cathedral, Pension Suzanne offers units with antique furniture and free Wi-Fi. The family-run guest house is just a 1-minute walk from the Karlsplatz Underground Station (U1, U2, U4). Very central location, but quiet rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Daily room cleaning.

The Westbahnhof Underground Station (lines U3 and U6) provides direct connections to the city centre. From the nearby Beingasse Tram Stop, you can also get quickly to the city centre, as well as to the picturesque Spittelberg area. Hidden away in a residential street, it was very quiet, day and night. Sustainability ethos is evident in the re-use of every day items as lovely decorations. Housekeeping do a great job and it's all very clean. Breakfast room, with additional seating in the outdoor, internal garden was very welcoming. Lots of choices, all very high quality. If you prefer fresh, organic foods you won't be disappointed - breads, cheeses, hams, cereals, fruit, cakes, juices and more. Very relaxing start to the day. Huge credit to the staff - 24 hours. The excellent team were friendly, helpful, happy to guide and advise. Great communication from booking until departure with information on transport, restaurants and anything else we asked about. We had a 3.30am departure and we were offered a breakfast to take away. Transport connectivity is good, bus and trams close by. Walking to the centre of town is achievable. Not complaints, but our observations. Bedroom was quite hot. Floor fan was useful and the the window opened and was protected against insects by a screen. The hand, body, hairwash is lovely and natural. I have some joint difficulties and squeezing the bottles was a little difficult. Little soap bars are available on request. Pillows were too soft but extra were brought immediately on request. We would have preferred a king bed rather than two pushed together. One large duvet rather than two singles. One bed was comfortable the other had a little dip. None of this affected our enjoyment of being there.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Suzanne was extremely helpful. The rooms were all different. The breakfast was very good. The location was accessible to public transportation.

Westbahnhof Train Station and Mariahilferstraße, the largest shopping street in Vienna, are 700 meters away. Apart from being charming and warm, the personal touch and all the facilities are dedicated to enhance your comfort. 10/10 cleaness, location and facilities. The room was also very quiet, even though it was a street view room. The kitchenette with fridge was also a great asset for us. If you love art as much as I do, this place will also be a good choice. Thank you for the hotel to be one of the favourite spots within entire Vienna of my 9 year old companion.

The hotel was acceptable for the price you pay but the cream of the crop,the cherry on the top, was the most amazing absolutely thoughtful kind and one in a million hotel supervisor named nazanin. That woman deserves a humongous raise. She made our trip a billion times better .

Room was super comfortable, including the bed and decor. Private bathroom was also very good. Amenities were the essential ones. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a bit of everything.
