From the time we arrived at the Lofts we were blown away, my husband and I had one loft and our young adult sons had the other right next door. The rooms were so lovely and fresh, the view from the windows looking at the Christmas lights in the square were beautiful. The free laundry on lvl 2 was so handy there were four of us travelling so dirty cloths were starting to pile up. Micheal the property manager was very polite and professional, communication was clear and very prompt.

I love how convenient the room was, there is a sink in the room so it was so convenient and make the shared washroom a lot less busy, the personal heater in the room made i can adjust my own temperature.

The environment is really comfy, super clean and perfectly well maintained. There's also a cozy terrace where you can relax and contemplate the cute backyard. Definitely, this hotel was the best choice that we could take in Quebec city! Can't forget to mention that the breakfast was excellent!

Everything was great. Extremely clean, plentiful breakfast (a paid option), good location, excellent service. I would stay here again if I came back to ride on the near by long bike trail.
