Gabriel, the owner spoke real good English and was so helpful. When I asked if there was a place to have the zipper on backpack fixed, he took it and brought it back within an hour. When I had an online meeting , he offered that a I could use another unoccupied room with a desk. Everything is new super clean and well designed with attention to detail. Loved that there was free coffee, tea, water and bananas. Also nice to have YouTube on the TV.

They are amazing! Very very kind people, we got a welcome cocktail, they are open to help in everything. Lift is available. The spa is very good and the breakfast also very very good. The rooms are clean and nice. They help you with everything you need. They helped us with early check in and late check out, no charge. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is very close to downtown but far enough to avoid all the crowds. It is also very cute, nice colours, well maintained and they try to fill all your requests. Valeria is the best host.

Amazing hotel. Had a great experience with the staff and ownership. They are very helpful in every single way, very clean room. Hotel is pretty new so i could tell even my bed and sheets were new. The rooms are big and have hot water and very powerful showers which I loved! Highly recommend!!!
