The restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed their 3 course lunch special. Location was excellent. Accessible to old town, shopping places and to other must see places in San Sebastián .

The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful and all that one would hope for. The hotel itself is the wonderfully well converted stables of the mansion. I cannot speak too highly of the wonderful few days my wife and I spent here. Highly recommended.

Our location offers our guests' accommodation in what we could call the epicenter of Euskadi, in Arrasate Mondragón, just a few kilometers from the sea but still enjoying the luxury of being surrounded by a green and mountainous landscape. The Hotel Arbes comfortable rooms are designed with the location in mind, boasting large windows to give you the feeling that you are literally above the Cantabrian Sea. The hostess was so kind, patient, welcoming, accommodating ,and answered all my questions. The hotel is new, modern, clean, practical and had everything I needed. It exceeded my expectations, given it's advertised as a 3-star hotel, felt more like a 5 star. The location is excellent, saw the most breathtaking sunrise there, over the sea.
