Situated in Rennes, Sézam appart-hôtel is 200 metres from Les Champs Libres and 290 metres from Rennes Train Station. The property features an inner courtyard and a flowered garden. Free WiFi is also provided throughout the property. The location was perfect, very close to the train station and only 10 minutes walk into town. The apartment itself was comfortable and very clean. There are storage lockers on site which was helpful since we arrived before check in time, although they are very small and difficult to fit suitcases in.

There is also a terrace on site and a public garden nearby. The Magic Hall is located 500 meters from the Couvent des Jacobins, (1.4 km from the Champs Libres ...) The staff were all excellent and were really courteous and did so with a smile. The hotel is cool, with funky art and the rooms well furnished but not over the top. Location is perfect.

Metro Station Republique is 350 metres from the hotel. Reasonable sized room which was clean and comfortable. We slept very well, as it was very quiet. Short walk into Rennes centre . Nice staff.

Serviced by a lift, it offers air-conditioned and soundproofed rooms with free Wi-Fi internet access. Spacious room, very clean, and SUPER comfy bed and pillows. The location was just perfect facing the train station. The area was very calm and safe with very easy access to restaurants
