We stayed there for 4 nights, everything was very good . Sometimes you may forget that you are in 3 star hotel and can be a little disappointed for breakfast , but for a 3 star hotel is good. Great value for money, would definitely recommend and come again. The location is up on a hill, it's very peaceful, easy to find, it's has private parking.

An excellent checkin process, with the guided tour of the site by the reception staff. The apartment was very comfortable, with a very good bed as well. We had a balcony too. The wellness section was amazing, including the jacuzzi. We also had access to complimentary bicycles to use, which made exploring the area great. A good, solid breakfast as well. 10/10.

Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. The owner met us on arrival and even helped with our luggage. Took us throughout the property to show us everything. There’s a lovely outdoor area and a cute little dog (addi). Everything is nice and clean and there’s a kitchen to use. It was a great location to go around the Balaton area. Definitely recommend.

Only 700 metres from the shore of Lake Balaton, the Albergo Giardino is just off the main street of Balatongyörök. It features an outdoor pool and a Mediterranean garden. There is free WiFi throughout the building. Quiet location walking distance from beach and restaurants. Free parking outside. Nice lounging areas and small pool. Extremely friendly and helpful owners. We had a good groundfloor room with small outside sitting,, good bed and nice bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Albergo is secured by gate you can open with a dongle. Not 'high class star spangled' luxury but friendly, comfortable and certainly worth coming back to. Ideal starting point for (bike) trips in the area
